Pull-off forces remain constant with the telescopic double crowns made using the spark erosion process and also with increasing occlusal pressure.

The test shows that a pull-off force of 7 Newton is maintained irrespective of the occlusal pressure. Friction bonding is secure and good.

The SAE technique prevents jamming during insertion or loss of friction, as experienced with conventional tapered crowns.
